A private property impound is the removal of an unauthorized vehicle from a lot whose owner has posted it as a tow-away zone. It is the core of what we do. When a vehicle is parked where it doesn’t belong on a property we serve, we remove it, store it at our Sarasota yard, and release it to its owner by appointment.
Property owners and managers across Sarasota and Manatee counties rely on us to keep reserved spaces, fire lanes, and entrances clear, any hour of the day.
What gets towed
- Vehicles parked without authorization on posted private property
- Vehicles blocking fire lanes, dumpsters, gates, or entrances
- Vehicles in reserved, resident, or assigned spaces
- Vessels and trailers left on posted property
Where impounded vehicles go
Every impounded vehicle is held at our yard at 5439 Catalyst Ave, Sarasota, FL 34233. Releases are by appointment only. Owners call (941) 735-0331 to confirm we have the vehicle and to schedule a time.
